Cream, Scones, Pasties are best consumed within 4 days from despatch.

Our hand made pasties are sent out frozen to arrive in a chilled state ready to eat or to be kept in the fridge. DO NOT REFREEZE.

Heating Advice: Our pasties can be enjoyed cold, but for a warm treat, reheat in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C for fan ovens) for 15–20 minutes.

Price:

Free - Weekday Delivery (Tuesday to Friday, mainland UK excluding Highlands)
£6.50 - Saturday Delivery (mainland UK excluding Highlands)

Delivery Date:

- Choose preferred delivery date at checkout (not guaranteed but our courier enjoys one of the best possible success rates of 96%). If the order is for a special occasion, we recommend that you select for the delivery to be made the day before, just to be safe.
- Cream teas cannot arrive on Monday (as cream can't travel all weekend).

Next day delivery - we send via next day delivery but check the calendar at checkout for the earliest availability as we can't always make and dispatch hampers that day.

Locations

UK location we don't deliver cream teas: Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, remote Scotland (HS / ZE / PA60-75,78 / KW16-17 / PH30,41-44).

UK Location that cost £8.75 extra - NI/IOM/IOW/Scottish Islands & Highlands. Note: We only send parcels under 2KG to these locations (which are hampers £30 or under, except the Prosecco Cream Tea and Group Cream Tea which are over 2KG).

Tracking

DHL usually provides an estimated 1 hour delivery window. Use the tracking link in the email to nominate a safe place or neighbour to leave the hamper with if the recipient is out (excludes NI, Islands and Higher Scotland orders as these go via Royal Mail).

Cream and scones are best eaten within 3-4 days from dispatch.
