How will my hamper be packed?

Every Devon food hamper is packed with care by hand – just as we’d do for friends and family. We use a sturdy, eco-friendly box, hand-stamped with the Devon Heaven logo for a rustic West Country feel, and add recyclable packing straw to keep everything snug and secure on its journey to you. 

The majority of our Cake and Biscuit hampers contain ambient items, meaning they have a longer shelf life – perfect for enjoying at your own pace. And because many of our hampers are gifts, we never include any invoicing inside the box – just the treats and your personal message.

It’s our way of making sure your hamper arrives fresh, beautifully presented, and with the planet in mind.

What do the gift cards look like?

Each hamper includes a beautiful postcard featuring some of our best-loved places in Devon.

Here’s a convenient link to see the postcards from both sides. For every postcard, we share a little about the scene so you can feel connected to the place. On the reverse, you’ll find a charming postcard-style stamp and space for your personal message, just as though you’d sent it yourself. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes every gift feel truly special.

Want to make your gift extra special? We offer two stunning wicker options:

• Red-Trim Wicker Tray – Each tray is carefully hand-wrapped in cellophane, with all excess neatly tucked underneath for a polished finish.

• Lidded Wicker Hamper Basket – handcrafted from split willow with extended straps and buckles, available in 14-inch and 18-inch sizes for a truly classic look.

Both options are packed with recyclable straw and placed inside one of our sturdy, eco-friendly boxes for safe delivery. An additional fee applies, and you’ll find a simple checkbox on the product page to select your preferred wicker upgrade. These reusable wicker options are memorable keepsakes for years to come.
