Delivery:

Free UK delivery. Choose your date. Order before 1pm for the earliest available day. Fresh hampers are delivered Tuesday to Saturday.

Some places take longer, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.

Delivery window: 7am to 8pm. A pre-1pm delivery can be selected for a small fee.

Couriers: We use DPD and Royal Mail. Royal Mail is used where DPD does not deliver.

Packaging:

All hampers by post will be sent out in our eco-friendly plain boxes.

Our eco-friendly boxes are fully recyclable and designed to minimize environmental impact during production.

If you add extra items to your hamper order, we’ll choose a box that comfortably fits everything.

Wicker baskets and buckle hampers are available for an additional cost.

Important

Delivery timing - We’ll always do our best to get your hamper to you on the date you choose. A next-day date is not guaranteed, and courier delays can happen, so order at least one day before your event.

Safe Place Delivery - If no one’s home, DPD will try to leave your parcel somewhere safe (this could be the doorstep). We suggest letting the recipient know, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels that aren’t collected promptly.

Extreme Weather - We take great care when packing your order, but sometimes extreme weather can cause delays and events that are out of our hands. To help keep your items at their best, we include ice packs—but they can’t completely protect against very hot conditions or if the recipient isn’t home to receive the delivery promptly, even if the parcel is left in a shaded spot.

Ice Packs in Warm Weather - During the summer months, we include Sorba Freeze ice packs to keep perishable items like scones, cream, cheese, and pasties at their best. Important: These ice packs are not for consumption, so please inform the recipient.
